Fendi Logo Wedge Pumps
These days, pumps are taking new and interesting forms that I don’t completely understand, but I can’t say that I don’t like them. These Fendi Logo Wedge Pumps are just one example of the new pump incarnations that are actually beautiful. The white leather is accentuated with cut-outs at the edge of the toe and the three-and-a-half-inch wedge heel ensures that when I put on these shoes, I’m not going to be falling off a spiky stiletto. I’m quite fond of the wedge look, actually – the seventies really are stylish! Plus, I don’t have to worry about breaking a heel – a feeling that constantly plagues me when I’m wearing an expensive pair of designer shoes.

I also love the way the shoe has one flowing look that would look great with virtually anything you wear it with, be it jeans, a dress, dress slacks or a skirt. It also comes in black, so you can have a little more versatility. I’m a huge fan of a shoe that I can actually walk in, and this shoe has a padded insole to ensure maximum comfort. Thanks, Fendi, for being one of the first designers concerned with how your foot actually feels inside the shoe!
If this shoe was, say, $300, it’d be absolutely perfect. Instead, it’s $570.00, but that’s not actually that bad, considering some pump prices I’ve seen. What did I expect? It is Fendi. Plus, I’m of the opinion that the more you pay, the better the shoe is. You be the judge. You can find the Logo Wedge pump at SaksFifthAvenue.com.
Here’s a shoe remarkably like the Fendi, only slightly more casual. The Stuart Weitzman pump has an espadrille wedge and a soft patent leather upper. It’s got a peep toe with cut-out details and a lightly-padded foot bed (hooray for comfortable shoes!). The only difference from the Fendi is that this shoe has a heel of 2.75 inches instead of three and a half. Not exactly a huge deal, especially since this shoe is so very stylish. Find it at Zappos.com for $225.00.
I really could not resist this beautiful slingback Sam Edelman Indie Peep Toe Wedge. It’s got a 2.75-inch heel, a patent leather upper, and an open toe with cut-outs. An elegant shoe, it’d look great with a casual dress, suit, or even jeans. Endless.com’s got it for $57.89.
