The first word that came to mind when I spotted these booties on the Neiman Marcus online store was classy! With their soft suede interior, chunky bow of the same material tucked along the side, and their silken golden interior there’s not denying these boots have a whole lotta class – which says a lot about the person wearing them.
I couldn’t look at these boots and assume the person wearing them didn’t have a sense for haute couture. There a little Carrie Bradshaw (from Sex and the City), and a whole lotta Samantha Jones (her vampy sidekick, who it turned out certainly knew class from cheap)! My bets with Samantha Jones, the saucy pointed toes, and the open front of these ankle booties that just says “peek-a-boo” enough for admirers to get a glimpse of the top of your toe line, and a hint of that rich interior gold lining.
Pair them with dark skinny jeans or a black pencil skirt and not-so-intimidating tights – for instance try a black fishnet with a sexy line up the back, but stay away from color of any kind. These boots are just far too experienced, so let them take the lead in your outfit.
